MouseWizard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not:

The Software, its code, design, logo, and all related materials are the intellectual property of MouseWizard and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Software may check for updates periodically. We reserve the right to release updates, patches, or new versions at any time. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
MouseWizard is provided as a local network tool. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the download servers, update servers, or any online services. The Software itself operates peer-to-peer on your local network and does not depend on our servers to function.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MouseWizard and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
MouseWizard is designed with privacy as a core principle. The Software operates entirely on your local network. Your input data (mouse movements, keystrokes, clipboard contents) is transmitted directly between your computers over an encrypted connection and never passes through our servers.

All data shared between your computers (mouse input, keyboard input, clipboard contents) travels directly between devices on your local network using peer-to-peer connections encrypted with TLS 1.3. This data never reaches our servers.
All peer-to-peer communication is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with self-signed certificates and trust-on-first-use verification (similar to SSH). Optional password protection adds an additional layer of authentication.
The Software does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Our website and update servers are hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard web request metadata (IP address, user agent) as part of its infrastructure. Refer to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
If you make a purchase, payment is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, sales tax, and payment processing. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. Paddle processes your financial data according to their Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS standards.
The Software is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you are using the free version of MouseWizard, no payment is required and no refund applies.
If you purchased a paid version or license of MouseWizard, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the Software does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase with no questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at support@mousewizard.com with your purchase receipt or order number. We aim to process refunds within 5-10 business days.
After the 14-day period, refunds are granted at our discretion. We may offer a refund if the Software has a critical defect that prevents normal use and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
